Interdisciplinary Journal of Management Studies (formerly known as Iranian Journal of Management Studies)provides a valuable outlet for research and scholarship on management-orientated themes and topics. It publishes manuscripts of empirical and/or the theoretical in management sciences. All empirical methods,including,but not limited to,qualitative,quantitative and mixed methods,are welcomed. To be published in IJMS,a manuscript must make strong empirical and/or theoretical contributions and highlight the significance of those contributions to the management field.
