Sociológia《社会学》（双月刊）. Časopis Sociológia (tlačená verzia ISSN 0049 – 1225,elektronická verzia ISSN 1336-8613) vydáva dvojmesačne Sociologický ústav Slovenskej akadémie vied. Časopis vychádza bez prerušenia od roku 1969. Od roku 1997 vychádza štyrikrát ročne v slovenskej a českej verzii a dvakrát ročne v anglickej verzii.Sociológia publikuje pôvodné vedecké texty,pokrývajúce čo najširšiu oblasť sociologického myslenia a výskumu. Je priestorom pre odbornú diskusiu o aktuálnych spoločenských problémoch slovenskej,európskej i svetovej spoločnosti.

Studia Psychologica《心理学研究》（季刊）. The journal publishes original articles in the area of psychology with a focus on cognitive and emotional processes in personality,social and developmental context.The journal aims to bring together work on cognition and emotion undertaken by researchers in the area of the cognitive,social,personality and developmental psychology,psychophysiology,neuropsychology/neuroscience,etc.

Ekonomický časopis《经济杂志》（一年10期）. Journal of Economics brings out articles,discussions and analytical studies from the fields of economic theory,economic policy,socio-economic forecasting,monetary theory and policy,corporate management,banking,mathematical modelling,cross-sectoral and industrial economies,as well as of regional and social development. It deals with the issues of the world economy,the process of globalization,and the European integration. Mathematica Slovaca《斯洛伐克数学》（双月刊）. Mathematica Slovaca, the oldest and best mathematical journal in Slovakia, was founded in 1951 at the Mathematical Institute of the Slovak Academy of Science, Bratislava. It covers practically all mathematical areas. As a respectful international mathematical journal, it publishes only highly nontrivial original articles with complete proofs by assuring a high quality reviewing process. Its reputation was approved by many outstanding mathematicians who already contributed to Math. Slovaca.

Acta virologica《病毒学学报》（季刊）. Acta virologica is an international journal of predominantly molecular and cellular virology. It provides means for rapid publication of original papers dealing with fundamental research mainly on human, animal and plant viruses. As a matter of tradition also rickettsiae are included.

Chemical Papers《化学论文》（月刊）. Chemical Papers is a peer-reviewed, international journal devoted to basic and applied chemistry and chemical engineering research. It has a broad scope covering all chemical sciences, including industrial and engineering chemistry. Interdisciplinary research and studies that bring chemistry together with other disciplines are also eligible.

Contributions of the Astronomical Observatory Skalnaté Pleso《斯洛伐克天文台论文集》（一年3期）. “Contributions of the Astronomical Observatory Skalnate Pleso” (CAOSP) is published by the Astronomical Institute of the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAS). The journal publishes new results of astronomical and astrophysical research, preferentially covering the fields of Interplanetary Matter, Stellar Astrophysics and Solar Physics. We publish regular papers, expert comments and review contributions. All manuscripts are sent to referees. There are no page charges. Access to all the online published papers is open. Publishing of the journal is in part supported by the SAS.

Acta Montanistica Slovaca《斯洛伐克地质研究》（季刊）. Bratislava Medical Journal – Bratislavské lekárske listy《布拉迪斯拉发医学杂志》（月刊）. Kovove Materialy – Metallic Materials《金属材料》（双月刊）. Kovove Materialy – Metallic Materials is dedicated to publishing original theoretical and experimental papers concerned with structural, nanostructured, and functional metallic and selected non-metallic materials. Wood Research publishes original papers aimed at recent advances in all branches of wood science (biology, chemistry, wood physics and mechanics, mechanical and chemical processing etc.).
