Anatomical Science International《国际解剖科学》（季刊）. The official English journal of the Japanese Association of Anatomists, Anatomical Science International (formerly titled Kaibogaku Zasshi) publishes original research articles dealing with morphological sciences. Coverage in the journal includes molecular, cellular, histological and gross anatomical studies on humans and on normal and experimental animals, as well as functional morphological, biochemical, physiological and behavioral studies if they include morphological analysis.

Journal of Pharmacological Sciences《药理学杂志》（月刊）. Journal of Pharmacological Sciences (JPS), an official journal of the Japanese Pharmacological Society, is an international open access journal intended for the advancement of pharmacological sciences in the world. The journal welcomes submissions in all fields of experimental and clinical pharmacology, including molecular, cellular, biochemical, physiological and behavioral pharmacology, for publication as “Reviews”, “Full Papers” or “Short communications”.

Genes and Environment《基因与环境》（一年1卷）. Genes and Environment is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that aims to accelerate communications among global scientists working in the fields of genes and environment. The journal welcomes papers dealing with those topics that are relevant to the environment, such as mutagenesis and carcinogenesis, genomics and epigenetics, molecular epidemiology and genetic toxicology, and regulatory sciences.

Magnetic Resonance in Medical Sciences《医学磁共振》（季刊）. Magnetic Resonance in Medical Sciences (MRMS or Magn Reson Med Sci) is an international journal pursuing the publication of original articles contributing to the progress of magnetic resonance in the field of biomedical sciences with particular emphasis on technical developments and clinical applications. MRMS is an official journal of the Japanese Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (JSMRM).

Journal of Medical Ultrasonics《医学超声杂志》（季刊）. The Journal of Medical Ultrasonics is the official journal of the Japan Society of Ultrasonics in Medicine. The main purpose of the journal is to provide forum for the publication of papers documenting recent advances and new developments in the entire field of ultrasound in medicine and biology, encompassing both the medical and the engineering aspects of the science.The journal welcomes original articles, review articles, images, and letters to the editor.The journal also provides state-of-the-art information such as announcements from the boards and the committees of the society.

Journal of Nutritional Science and Vitaminology《营养科学与维生素学期刊》（双月刊）. The Journal of Nutritional Science and Vitaminology is an international medium publishing in English of original work in all branches of nutritional science, food science and vitaminology from any country.

Pathology International《国际病理学》（月刊）. Pathology International is the official English journal of the Japanese Society of Pathology, publishing articles of excellence in human and experimental pathology. The Journal focuses on the morphological study of the disease process and/or mechanisms. For human pathology, morphological investigation receives priority but manuscripts describing the result of any ancillary methods (cellular, chemical, immunological and molecular biological) that complement the morphology are accepted. Manuscript on experimental pathology that approach pathologenesis or mechanisms of disease processes are expected to report on the data obtained from models using cellular, biochemical, molecular biological, animal, immunological or other methods in conjunction with morphology. Manuscripts that report data on laboratory medicine (clinical pathology) without significant morphological contribution are not accepted.

Medical Molecular Morphology《医学分子形态学》（季刊）. Medical Molecular Morphology is an international forum for researchers in both basic and clinical medicine to present and discuss new research on the structural mechanisms and the processes of health and disease at the molecular level. The normal function and structures of molecules, organelles, cells, tissues, and organs determine their normal function. Disease is thus best understood in terms of structural changes in these levels of biological organization, especially in molecules and molecular interactions as well as the cellular localization of chemical components.

Chemical and Pharmaceutical Bulletin《化学与药学通报》（月刊）. The main aim of the Society’s journals is to advance the pharmaceutical sciences with research reports, information exchange, and high-quality discussion. Nagoya Mathematical Journal《名古屋数学期刊》（季刊）. The Nagoya Mathematical Journal is published quarterly. Since its formation in 1950 by a group led by Tadashi Nakayama, the journal has endeavoured to publish original research papers of the highest quality and of general interest, covering a broad range of pure mathematics. The journal is owned by Foundation Nagoya Mathematical Journal, which uses the proceeds from the journal to support mathematics worldwide.

Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics《药物代谢和药物动力学》（双月刊）. Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) is an official online journal of the Japanese Society for the Study of Xenobiotics (JSSX), and it replaces the JSSXs former journal, Xenobiotic Metabolism and Disposition. The journal will accept original submissions in English on the understanding that the work is unpublished and is not being considered for publication elsewhere.

BIOLOGICAL & PHARMACEUTICAL BULLETIN《生物与医药通报》（月刊）. The BPB covers various biological topics in the pharmaceutical and health sciences fields including scientific research from basic to clinical studies, while CPB deals with a wide range of chemical topics in the pharmaceutical and health sciences fields related to biologically active compounds, natural products, and medicines.
