Chemické listy《化学制剂》（月刊）. The official journal of the Association of Czech Chemical Societies published since 1876. Scope: Reviews on the development in chemistry and related fields (biochemistry, environmental science, material science, education, pharmaceutics, food science, information science); Original papers on laboratory technique and methods; Papers related to industrial chemistry; Reviews of new books and software products; Discussions on the problems of concern in chemical community; Personal news, meetings, editorial remarks, lectures.

Studia Geophysica et Geodaetica《地球物理学与大地测量学研究》（季刊）. Studia geophysica et geodaetica is an international journal covering all aspects of geophysics, meteorology and climatology, and of geodesy. Published by the Institute of Geophysics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, it has a long tradition, being published quarterly since 1956. Studia publishes theoretical and methodological contributions, which are of interest for academia as well as industry. The journal offers fast publication of contributions in regular as well as topical issues.

Journal of Geosciences《地球科学杂志》（季刊）. Journal of Geosciences is a peer-reviewed Earth Science journal, focussed on all aspects of nature and origin of igneous and metamorphic complexes*. It is published by the Czech Geological Society and is available both in printed and open-access electronic version.

Bulletin of Geosciences《地球科学通报》（季刊）. The Bulletin of Geosciences is an international journal publishing original research papers, review articles, and short contributions concerning palaeoenvironmental geology, including palaeontology, stratigraphy, sedimentology, palaeogeography, palaeoecology, palaeoclimatology, geochemistry, mineralogy, geophysics, and related fields. All papers are subject to international peer review, and acceptance is based on quality alone.

Acta geodynamica et geomaterialia《地球动力学学报》（季刊）。Acta geodynamica et geomaterialia (AGG) has been published by the Institute of Rock Structures and Mechanics, Czech Academy of Sciences since 2004, formerly known as Acta Montana published from the beginning of sixties till 2003. Approximately 40 articles per year in four issues are published, covering observations related to central Europe and new theoretical developments and interpretations in these disciplines. It is possible to publish occasionally research articles from other regions of the world, only if they present substantial advance in methodological or theoretical development with worldwide impact. The Board of Editors is international in representation.

Folia Biologica《生物学报》（双月刊）. Journal of Cellular and Molecular Biology publishes articles describing original research aimed at the elucidation of a wide range of questions of biology and medicine at the cellular and molecular levels. Studies on all organisms as well as on human cells and tissues are welcome.

Journal of Vertebrate Biology《脊椎动物生物学杂志》（季刊）. The Journal of Vertebrate Biology (formerly Folia Zoologica, founded in 1938) publishes high-quality original research papers of broad interest. The Journal welcomes papers on the behaviour, ecology, physiology, anatomy, developmental biology, taxonomy, and evolution of vertebrates, including research at the interface of these disciplines. Published work includes both empirical and theoretical approaches with a primary focus on vertebrates, including humans.

Preslia（季刊）. Preslia is a peer-reviewed scientific journal publishing original research papers on plant systematics, morphology, phytogeography, ecology, vegetation science and Quaternary palaeobotany, with a geographical focus on central Europe. The journal was founded in 1914 and named in honour of brothers Jan Svatopluk Presl (1791–1849) and Karel Bořivoj Presl (1794–1852), outstanding Bohemian botanists.

Photosynthetica《光合作用》（季刊）. Photosynthetica publishes original scientific papers and brief communications, reviews on specialized topics, book reviews and announcements and reports covering wide range of photosynthesis research or research including photosynthetic parameters of both experimental and theoretical nature and dealing with physiology, biophysics, biochemistry, molecular biology on one side and leaf optics, stress physiology and ecology of photosynthesis on the other side.

FOTTEA（半年刊）. Fottea is a journal of Czech Phycological Society (formerly bulletin Czech Phycology). Fottea publishes papers on all aspects of the ecology, physiology, biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, systematics and uses of algae (including cyanobacteria). Fottea have system of manusript electronic submission ACTAVIA.

Česká a slovenská neurologie a neurochirurgie《捷克斯洛伐克神经病学与神经外科》（双月刊）. Česká a slovenská neurologie a neurochirurgie patří mezi medicínské časopisy s nejdelší tradicí, která je výjimečná i v evropském měřítku. Periodikum je vydáváno od roku 1938 (původně jako Neurologie a psychiatrie československá). Jeho předchůdce vycházel pod názvem Revue v neurologii, psychiatrii, fysikální a dietetické terapii již od roku 1904, používáme tedy dvojí číslování ročníku (v roce 2020 ročník 83/116).

FOLIA GEOBOTANICA《地植物学学报》（季刊）. The journal Folia Geobotanica publishes articles in vegetation science, plant ecology and plant systematics, including the topics of temporal community patterns, population and ecosystem ecology, and invasion and conservation ecology. Within the field of plant systematics, Folia Geobotanica welcomes papers on systematic and evolutionary botany, including phylogenetic reconstructions, phylogeographic and biogeographic inferences, studies of microevolutionary processes, taxonomic studies, and broader taxonomic revisions.

Biologia plantarum《植物生物学》（一年1卷）. Biologia plantarum is an international journal for experimental botany founded in 1959 by Professor Bohumil Němec. Covers all branches of experimental botany ranging from molecular biology and biotechnology to whole-plant and stand functioning.

Plant, Soil and Environment《植物、土壤与环境》（月刊）. Aims & Scope: experimental biology, agronomy, natural resources, and the environment; plant development, growth and productivity, breeding and seed production, crops growing and their quality, soil care, conservation, and productivity; agriculture and environment interactions from the perspective of sustainable development.

Listy cukrovarnické a řepařské《捷克糖与甜菜杂志》（一年9期）. LISTY CUKROVARNICKÉ a ŘEPAŘSKÉ (CZECH SUGAR AND SUGAR BEET JOURNAL) is a scientific journal devoted to sugar beet growing, sugar production for food and other industries and to ethanol production. Contains research articles and other shorter contributions, news from the industry, and other information.

Czech Journal of Food Sciences《捷克食品科学杂志》（双月刊）. Original research, critical review articles, and short communications dealing with food technology and processing (including food biochemistry, microbiology, analysis, engineering, nutrition, and economy). Papers are published in English.

European Journal of Entomology《欧洲昆虫学杂志》（一年1卷）. The European Journal of Entomology was founded in 1904 as a periodical of the Czech Entomological Society (under the title Acta Societatis Entomologicae Bohemiae). We have experienced significant chances since then (including the title), which reflect the development from a local magazine in Czech towards its current status of a well-established international entomological forum included in all major scientific databases.

Plant Protection Science《植物保护科学》（季刊）. An international open access peer-reviewed journal published by the Czech Academy of Agricultural Sciences and financed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. Founded 1921 (by 1997 under the title Ochrana rostlin). The journal publishes original scientific papers, short communications, up-to-date review articles, and selective book reviews from the disciplines concerned. The authors are fully responsible for the originality of the paper, its subject and formal correctness.
