Sociologický časopis-Czech Sociological Review《捷克社会学评论》（双月刊）. Sociologický časopis / Czech Sociological Review je recenzovaný vědecký časopis publikující původní příspěvky k poznání společnosti od českých i zahraničních autorů. Vychází od roku 1965. Časopis přináší stati zabývající se otázkami teoretické sociologie,články zkoumající sociální procesy probíhající v postkomunistických i jiných společnostech s důrazem na komparativní dimenzi analýzy,přehledové články zpracovávající vývoj v široké paletě oborů sociologie i příbuzných sociálních věd,metodologické statě,eseje,recenze české i světové sociologické produkce,informace o dění v sociologické obci,zprávy z konferencí a polemické příspěvky. Časopis je jako jediné z českých sociologických periodik zařazen do Web of Science a je uveden i v dalších prestižních vědeckých databázích.

Slovo a slovesnost《词与语文学》（季刊）. Slovo a slovesnost is a refereed scholarly journal,the main aim of which is to publish studies on language and communication based on quality research (either empirical or theoretical-conceptual). The journal publishes original work in areas including grammar,semantics,pragmatics,sociolinguistics,discourse analysis,conversation analysis,psycholinguistics,text linguistics,semiotics,translation theory and literary theory.The journal continues in the tradition of the Prague School,while acknowledging at the same time that this tradition is and always has been merely one of many approaches to language and communication. For this reason,the journal is also open to work based in other scholarly traditions. As a journal published “in the heart of Europe”,Slovo a slovesnost gives preference to studies on languages used in the European space.

Cyberpsychology-Journal of Psychosocial Research on Cyberspace《网络心理学：关于网络空间的社会心理学研究期刊》（一年5期）. Cyberpsychology: Journal of Psychosocial Research on Cyberspace is a web-based,peer-reviewed scholarly journal. The first peer-reviewed issue was published in September 2007. The journal is focused on social science research about cyberspace. It brings psychosocial reflections of the impact of the Internet on people and society. The journal is interdisciplinary,publishing works written by scholars of psychology,media studies,communication science,sociology,political science,nursing,ICT security,organizational psychology and also other disciplines with relevance to psychosocial aspects of cyberspace. The journal accepts original research articles,as well as theoretical studies and research meta-analyses.

Československá psychologie《捷克斯洛伐克心理学》（双月刊）. The journal Československá psychologie (Czechoslovak Psychology) publishes only original papers not published or submitted elsewhere,in the fields of psychological theory,methodology,research,and practice.

Geografie《地理》（季刊）. One of the oldest scientific journals in Central Europe,and Czechia,Geografie has been published since 1895. Only original articles with a geographic focus,and articles from related fields overlapping into geography,are published in Geografie.

Prague Economic Papers《布拉格经济论文》（双月刊）. Prague Economic Papers is reviewed scientific journal of Economic Theory and Policy dealing with economic and financial theory,modelling and empirical analysis. Journal has been impacted since 2009. Applications of Mathematics《数学应用》（双月刊）. Applications of Mathematics publishes original research papers of high scientific level that are directed towards the use of mathematics in different branches of science. The emphasis of the papers is on a solid mathematical analysis of problems from applications, in the form of proofs of mathematical theorems that are typically of more general use than only for the application under consideration.
