The aim of the journal is to promote linguistic research by publishing high-quality contributions and thematic special issues from all fields and trends of modern linguistics. In addition to articles and reviews,the journal also features contributions to discussions on current controversies in the field as well as overview articles outlining the state-of-the art of relevant research paradigms.

Terminology《术语学》（半年刊）. Terminology is an independent journal with a cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary scope. It focusses on the discussion of (systematic) solutions not only of language problems encountered in translation,but also,for example,of (monolingual) problems of ambiguity,reference and developments in multidisciplinary communication. Particular attention will be given to new and developing subject areas such as knowledge representation and transfer,information technology tools,expert systems and terminological databases. Terminology encompasses terminology both in general (theory and practice) and in specialized fields (LSP),such as physics; biomedical sciences; technology; engineering; humanities; management; law; arts; business administration; trade; corporate identity; economics; methodology; and any other area in which terminology is essential to improve communication.

Review of Cognitive Linguistics《认知语言学评论》（半年刊）. The Review of Cognitive Linguistics (published under the auspices of the Spanish Cognitive Linguistics Association) offers an international forum for the publication of original high-quality research from a cognitive perspective in all areas of linguistic conceptualization and communication. Fruitful debate is encouraged with neighboring academic disciplines as well as with other approaches to language study,particularly functionally-oriented ones.

RLA-Revista de lingüística teórica y aplicada《语言学理论及应用杂志》（半年刊）. RLA,founded in 1963,is one of the oldest journals in the field of Chilean linguistics and has one of the most ample trajectories. It is published twice a year by the Spanish Department of the Arts and Humanities Faculty of the Universidad de Concepción and has as its main objective the fostering of theoretical and applied linguistic research in academic areas on both the national and international level. It is aimed at researchers,linguists,phonoaudiologists,academics and readers in general in both the national and international scientific communities (Latin America,Europe,USA).RLA has as its main objective the fostering of linguistic research in the fields of theoretical and applied linguistics on the national as well as international level. The works appearing in RLA are unpublished manuscripts coming from the diverse areas of theoretical or applied linguistic research,preferentially written in Spanish or other languages such as English,Italian,French or Portuguese.

The Revista Española de Lingüística Aplicada/Spanish Journal of Applied Linguistics (RESLA/SJAL) is the biannual journal of the Spanish Association of Applied Linguistics (AESLA). Probus《国际拉丁语和罗曼语语言学杂志》（半年刊）. Probus is a platform for the discussion of dichronic and synchronic research in the field of Romance linguistics,with special emphasis on phonology,morphology,syntax,semantics,pragmatics,and language acquisition. The journal aims to keep its readers abreast of the developments in Romance linguistics by encouraging problem-oriented contributions that combine a solid empirical basis with the insights provided by modern theoretical approaches. Studies in applied disciplines in any of the sub-areas mentioned above are welcome provided they contribute to a better understanding of the global architecture of the grammar or the concepts and principles that play a role therein.

Pragmatics & Cognition《语言实用学和认知》（半年刊）. Pragmatics & Cognition is an interdisciplinary journal seeking to bring together such disciplines as linguistics,semiotics,cognitive science,neuroscience,artificial intelligence,philosophy,ethology,and cognitive anthropology,among others.

Journal of Politeness Research: Language,Behaviour,Culture《礼貌研究杂志:语言行为文化》（半年刊）. Contributions to the Journal of Politeness Research focus on various aspects of politeness as a complex linguistic and non-linguistic phenomenon. The multidisciplinary journal broadens and sharpens the understanding of the nature of politeness by providing a much-needed forum for synergies to develop between researchers approaching politeness from different disciplinary angles. The journal also strengthens and widens the existing cross-cultural and intercultural body of politeness research by encouraging new contributions from lesser-studied cultures and languages. Journal of Politeness Research is associated with the work of the international Linguistic Politeness Research Group (LPRG).

Asia Pacific Law Review《亚太法律评论》（半年刊）. First published in 1992,the internationally refereed Asia Pacific Law Review (APLR) is the pre-eminent publication of the School of Law of City University of Hong Kong. It is based in Asia focusing on law in the Asia Pacific region,and providing scholarly writing of interest to both academics and practitioners in a variety of law-related disciplines. Another focus of the journal is the development of professional legal practice in the region.

Journal of Historical Pragmatics《历史语用学杂志》（半年刊）. The Journal of Historical Pragmatics provides an interdisciplinary forum for theoretical,empirical and methodological work at the intersection of pragmatics and historical linguistics. The editorial focus is on socio-historical and pragmatic aspects of historical texts in their sociocultural context of communication (e.g. conversational principles,politeness strategies,or speech acts) and on diachronic pragmatics as seen in linguistic processes such as grammaticalization or discoursization.

The Journal of African Languages and Linguistics was founded in 1979 and has established itself as an important refereed forum for publications in African linguistics. The International Journal of Speech,Language and the Law《国际言语、语言和法律杂志》（半年刊）. The International Journal of Speech,Language and the Law is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles on any aspect of forensic language,speech and audio analysis. Founded in 1994 as Forensic Linguistics,the journal changed to its present title in 2003 to reflect a broadening of academic coverage and readership.

Ibérica《伊比利亚》（半年刊）. Revista Ibérica was founded in 1996 under the auspices of AELFE,the European Association for Languages for Specific Purposes (Asociación Europea de Lenguas para Fines Específicos). Since then,it has published academic contributions from experts in linguistics,discourse studies,professional communication and language pedagogy,and has become one of the best known journals in the field. Since 2003 it has appeared regularly twice a year,with occasional special issues.
